Serving the people of Africa since 2010, Hope Africa Collective, Inc. has been pioneering bold, new ways to bring an end to extreme poverty and equip the local church. Following Christ's teaching of going after the one, Hope Africa Collective believes that by investing in one, many will be influenced, and change can be championed. Through economic empowerment, life development, and spiritual formation, they have been seeing lives and communities transformed, not just for the present, but for eternity.

As a faith-based organization that believes in the principles and truth of the Bible, we believe our Spiritual Formation initiatives have the power to change lives from the inside out. We equip, mobilize, and inspire leaders, pastors, and churches to follow the way of Jesus in working alongside the poor and oppressed. With the goal of seeing the church become the primary source of development in the communities in which we work, we offer a variety of ways for local church leaders and pastors to be equipped in leadership development, discipleship, and Biblical training.

As millions come to faith across the world, and new horizons rapidly open for the gospel of Jesus to spread, there is a great need for believers to be trained in the basics of the faith, and in the tools needed to serve others in ministry. EQUIP was created to help meet this need. With a vision of seeing believers walk confidently in the call God has placed on their lives, our hope is that these five modules serve as a valuable resource, equipping ministry leaders with practical tools, biblical insights, and a renewed passion to pursue maturity and embrace their role in ministry. When believers boldly and confidently embrace their gifts and use them in service to God, the Kingdom is furthered, and lives are changed for eternity. EQUIP will give leaders the tools they need to lead and shepherd their flock well and carry out God’s command to go and make disciples.
